Warranty Information

KipperSticks Custom Rods are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the original owner and may not be transferred to another person.  This warranty does NOT cover normal wear, accident, misuse, neglect, fire, theft, loss, intentional damage or value added from the construction of a custom rod from KipperSticks.  Damaged products must be returned directly to KipperSticks.  You must return the entire product, including all broken parts, freight prepaid and insured, to the address below.   Please include a note explaining the problem, along with $35.00 for return shipping and handling within the US.
